Patterned, repetitive, rhythmic somatosensory activity… elicits a sensation of safety. Rhythm is regulating- Dancing, drumming, and moving- Join us to relax and restore.

We also have information on Domestic Violonce awareness month, and the impact of physical and emotional violence and how it can be trapped in the body.

Meter Parking available on Scott and McKinley Avenue.  Parking in Clayton Garage also available.
