OUTmed’s growth necessitates that our mission, vision, andactivities grow too.  We invite you toparticipate in the strategic planning which will be a month-long process.   We need staff, students,residents/fellows/post docs, and faculty.

There will be four 90-minute, themed, in-person sessions with dinner provided, and we ask OUTmed members to participate in at least one if possible.  Zoom will be available,or you may participate through email exchange.

TIME: 5:00 – 6:30pm

And ideal participator would be interested in advocating for change that positively impacts LGBTQIA+ patient care and outcomes, that fosters an inclusive learning environment, and that helps us understand the experiences of LGBTQIA+ individuals on and off campus. Identifying as LGBTQIA+ is not necessary.
