IDEAS at DOM welcomes Takisha Jethroe as the new IDEAS at DOM Program Coordinator!
Takisha is originally from Louisiana where she completed a BA in English Liberal Arts from Louisiana State University. She joined Washington University 2 years ago as a Rater in Psychiatry where she successfully recruited expectant moms for the CUDDEL study (Cannabis Use Development (of offspring brain and behavior) During Early Life). This study focused on the effects of cannabis use on expectant moms/pregnancy/newborns. Takisha is coming to us from her most recent position as a Grant Assistant for Siteman Cancer Center.
We are excited to have her as part of our team and look forward to having her work with us on all of our ongoing programs and initiatives for IDEAS and the Department of Medicine.
