The Mentorship to Enhance Diversity in Academia (MEDA) Program in collaboration with the Washington University Black Postdoc Society hosted Lori Setton, PhD for their November 30th Career Seminar. Dr. Setton is the Department Chair for Biomedical Engineering. Dr. Setton shared words of wisdom along with stories of life pivots, leadership, and mentoring.
On December 7th, Dr. Ukpong Eyo from the University of Virginia joined us virtually to talk about his career journey. He shared wisdom and advice on influencing and impacting others and diversifying your mentors.
