On November 11th, OUTmed hosted an OUTmentor Workshop with round table discussions on Leadership Skills, including Managing Teams, Negotiations, and Conflict Resolution.

OUTmed hosted a screening of the Netflix movie Will & Harper on Transgender Day of Remembrance (November 20).
OUTmed hosted their 2nd Annual LGBTQ in the Lou Information Session on December 3rd. Over 48 applicants to Wash U Medicine residency programs attended this virtual information session to learn more about OUTmed, its initiatives, and queer culture at Wash U Medicine and in St. Louis. A big thank you to the 17 Wash U Medicine residents who joined us to talk and interact with our attendees. We are thankful for their time and help!
