    OUTmed Ongoing Programming General Meetings –
    For Department of Medicine, Dr. Dao hosts a 1-hour OUTmed workshop that is modifiable to your needs. Please email Jennifer Mosher (mosherj@wustl.edu) to schedule.

    • Brainstorm ways to promote community in your department 
    • Understand the importance of using correct pronouns; practice using nonbinary pronouns and how to respond after misgendering someone

    • Review strategies on how to make the workplace more friendly to individuals from all backgrounds.

      All faculty, trainees (fellows, residents, graduate students, and undergraduate medical students), and staff were invited for a networking event of getting to know out faculty and School of Medicine allies. 
    • SQHS Night at Steve’s Hotdogs
      Tuesday, September 27, 2022.  Fundraiser for the St. Louis Queer+ Support Helpline.  A portion of dine-in and carryout sales were donated to SQSH. 
    • “Queerer” Mentorship Workshop
      Facilitated by Dr. Noor Riaz, and Dr. Snehal Shah
      Wednesday, March 30th, 2022, 5-7pm
      Connor Auditorium, Farrell Learning and Teaching Center
      Workshop focused on various aspects of metnorship, how to get the most out of your OUTmentor mentorship groups, and how allies can best mentor each other.
