Dear Department of Medicine colleagues,
We are excited to announce that the Office of Inclusion and Diversity (OID) will now be known as Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, Allyship and Social Justice (IDEAS) at Department of Medicine.
This name change is intended to better reflect our core values and encompass all of the ongoing and new efforts in Inclusion, Diversity and Equity, along with our commitment to Allyship and Social Justice throughout the department.
In the coming days, weeks and months, you will notice an updated website and new social media presence for IDEAS at DOM. We look forward to sharing our progress with you via these communication channels.
Thank you for your continued support of our efforts. We welcome your feedback as we continue our critical work on initiatives, programming/workshops, training, and leadership within the Department of Medicine.
